Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests may be considered only if submitted within a limited time after order confirmation. Once plant preparation, loading arrangements, or transport scheduling has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
Orders that have already been processed, prepared, or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Certain orders prepared for specific schedules, special procurement, or custom plant selection may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has started.
To request a cancellation, buyers must contact our support team promptly with order details.
Order Modification
Changes to plant varieties, quantities, or delivery details may be possible only before plant preparation and dispatch scheduling begin. Modification requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
Once plants are prepared and assigned for dispatch, further changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All plants are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and proper handling. In rare cases of transit-related damage or discrepancies, buyers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and order details may be required for review. Each case will be evaluated individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided where applicable.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live plants and transport logistics, refunds are generally not provided after plants have been dispatched and accepted by the buyer.
If an order is found to have significant discrepancies compared to the confirmed quotation, buyers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for review.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed only in valid and verified cases.
