Malabar Neem Plant – Melia Dubia Tree
Malabar Neem Plant, commonly known as Melia dubia, is a fast-growing tree valued for its straight growth, attractive compound foliage and adaptability to warm climates. Despite its common name, it is botanically different from the true Neem tree (Azadirachta indica). Its relatively rapid growth and upright form make it suitable for larger landscapes, farm plantations, boundary planting and green development projects. The tree can develop a tall, clean trunk and a spreading crown when given suitable growing conditions.
