All plant dispatches are handled through organized vehicle transport. Orders are prepared and loaded directly from the nursery to ensure safe handling during transit. Delivery timelines depend on plant preparation, order volume, and transport scheduling.

Transport arrangements may be coordinated by us or by the buyer, depending on mutual agreement. Delivery charges, vehicle costs, and related transport expenses are separate from plant pricing.

Courier shipping and parcel-based delivery are not available. All orders are dispatched through dedicated transport vehicles.

Plant Availability

We strive to maintain an accurate and updated plant listing. However, plant availability may vary due to seasonal changes, ongoing sales, and cultivation cycles.

Availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Customers are advised to confirm plant availability before placing an order or planning dispatch.

Substitute options may be suggested if requested varieties are temporarily unavailable.

Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed after quotation approval and payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved digital payment channels.

Full payment or agreed advance payment must be completed before plant preparation and dispatch scheduling.
